Description

The Bunaken National Park is a marine park in the north of Sulawesi island, Indonesia. The park is located near the centre of the Coral Triangle, providing habitat to 390 species of coral as well as many fish, mollusc, reptile and marine mammal species. The Park is representative of Indonesian tropical water ecosystems, consisting of seagrass plain, coral reef, and coastal ecosystems.
About 90 species of fish live in the waters of the park, among them being the emperor angelfish, Almaco jack, spotted seahorse, bluestripe snapper, pinkish basslet and two-lined monocle bream. The species of mollusc include the giant clam, horned helmet shells, chambered nautilus, and ascidians. A sea biodiversity is very rich. A suitable place for newbie diver, so are you ready for escaping to Manado ?

Description

Nusa Penida Island is located in south-east of Bali Island. The large of Nusa Penida is about 20.284 hectares. It is about 12 km in south-east of Bali. The height of Nusa Penida is 300 meters above sea level; and the temperature is about 28 - 32 degree Celsius. Administratively, this island belongs to region of Klungkung Regency, Bali, Indonesia. Nusa Penida Island consists of sixty villages that are separated near the mountain and near the beach .

Nusa Penida is coastal lowland and mountain highland area in which the north part of Nusa Penida is coastal lowland area and the south part of Nusa Penida is mountain highland area.

There are quite a lot of natural tourist destinations in West Java, one of which is in Sukabumi Regency. One of the cities in West Java which is rich in “gurilaps” (mountains, jungles, seas, beaches, and rivers). One of the interesting destinations that must be visited in the Sukabumi Regency area is the Ciletuh Geopark. The only geopark in West Java as well as the first and the third in Indonesia.

This geopark area has an area of 126,100 hectares covering eight sub-districts and 74 villages. In 2018, this Geopark was recognized by UNISCO as a world heritage that must be cared for and preserved. As a world heritage, Ciletuh geopark has interesting tourism places to visit.
There are many unique rock materials formed from the sedimentation of various fossils, proverbs, and earth plates that are tens of millions of years old. There are 50 geological sites worth visiting if you want to learn about natural and cultural diversity.

The uniqueness that exists in the Geopark and is the prima donna of local and foreign tourists is Bukit Dharma, Penenjoan and the beauty of the waterfall. Puncak Darma is one of the highest plains in the Ciletuh Geopark Area. This hill is located at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level in the village of Girimukti, Ciemas District, Sukabumi Regency. Panenjoan Hill is a hill where we can see views of the expanse of rice fields surrounded by forest trees that form a mega amphitheater. The exact location is in Tamanjaya Village, Ciemas District.

Tumbak is a Bajo village hides in the south-east coast of North Sulawesi peninsula. Tumbak is at 3 hours from the Sam Ratulangi International airport of Manado (capital of the province). Tumbak is localized in a lagoon close to a large island also called Tumbak. Tumbak is surrounding by a large sample of coastal ecosystems like coral reefs and big mangroves. But this environment is not the only reason to come in Tumbak. Tumbak is a unique village in North Sulawesi. the village was founded by a bajo family in 1918. Bajos are the sea gypsies of east Indonesia and a large part of the village is on-water. Peoples have a traditional way of life close to the sea and almost all the villagers are fishermen. Tumbak is a gate to the world of the Bajos, villagers of Tumbak have strong connections with other Bajos village all around Indonesia.
